Product Descriptions :
The Pharmasource disintegration testers perfect designed and precision instruments for disintegration time limit test in the pharmaceutical tablets, capsules, pills, suppositories and other solid dosage medications compliance with as per USP, BP, EP, JP, CP regulations and others international pharmacopoeias specifications and requirements.

Our PDT 201 with two stations disintegration tester and two baskets assembly systems. The user can operate two stations at a time for times saving or use single basket hold in six tablets or capsules in the six tubes and another basket take out for clean or storage. The tester is high head design for easy to bath clean and change the baskets or beakers. The each basket able to six samples running at a time or two baskets individually working for independently disintegrated at the same time.

The instruments assemble with advanced microprocessor controls monitoring parameter for disintegration testing process, results, times, temperature, programs setting and operations. The tester with automatic warm-up, start-stop touch control functions and provides overheat temperature protection with safety alarm systems. The dual programs systems as standard and advanced test controls techniques. The standard test controlled is default temperature and user setting times. The advance test controlled systems is automatic function and user can setting parameter of date, times, temperature like year, month, day, hour, minutes and seconds. After the run times end instruments automatically stop and lifts to the highest positions for user easy access in the baskets and beakers.

The disintegration test time limit, water bath heater temperature and programs setting in the front touch screen colour LCD control panel. After the disintegration testing user can easily lift out the baskets from the beakers for see the results and performance. The temperature sensor deep in the water bath and continuously transfer the information to real-time display monitor of heater circulation water bath temperature and time limit.
