Our PFT 225 dual drums friability testers with perfect measurements functions for testing of physical strength from non-coated tablets, capsules during the productions, packaging, storage and transportation. The tester can operate manual, automatic or continuous for friability testing. And samples tested by individually with manually place on the apparatus sample drums. The friability tester with two round drums structures for easy to samples place, tested, powders clean and place the new sample for test.  


The instruments assemble with microprocessor controls and advanced monitoring systems for precise testing of abrasion resistance, stability, crushing strength and others intensity from non-coated tablets and capsules with accurate results. The automatic self-checking systems for any error and powerful drive head with high precision motor controller for drums rotation. The tester with automated start-stop by front keypad control panel and provides overload measurements protection with safety systems.

 

The setting parameter of fixed rotation speed, timer, start, stop and resetting functions by front key LCD control panel with user friendly interface, easy to operations, auto adjusting centering drums position and fast replacement. The automatic calibration systems by external calibrated meters with smooth motorized samples test techniques and low power consumption. The precision speed controller with integrated sensors continuously transfer the information to real-time display monitor of testing results and reliable performance.
